Why do they add sugar? Peaches don't need it. This is a down payment on diabetes.

The packaging literally says no added sugar and there is no sugar on the ingredients list.Fruit and fruit juice inherently have lots of sugar in them.

It's still a lot of sugar for such a small package. you're better off just eating a peach. medium peach has the same amount of sugar as this little tiny cup
