called customer service and was sure to be polite - they explained that in order to use the `GFSHIP` code I need to checkout with a gap credit card or shipping wasn't free cause the order was under $50.
They waved the shipping fee after I apologized and explained I didn't see that callout anywhere in the checkout total.
Maybe don't bother with paypal?
