Recently we got a bella toaster from BB for $15, looks decent and pretty.
They are aiming to provide good-looking small appliances at affordable price.
I have a 9-month-old Bella PRO coffee maker, and the bracket on the drip cup broke off last week. I reached out to bella PRO customer service for assistance. They replied within 24 hours, informing me that they do not sell replacement parts for their products and that the broken bracket is not covered under their 2-year limited warranty. The representative suggested that I search the internet for replacement parts.
The coffee maker originally cost over $120, but I bought it for just over $20 during a sale at Best Buy, making it a cheap option to test. However, it's frustrating to think about spending $120 only to find out that a reputable manufacturer like bella PRO won't repair or provide replacement parts.
From this experience, I've decided not to buy bella or bella PRO again.
