Worth it to upgrade from the 4? I really don't like how Samsung has locked down their watches and making features unusable unless you have a galaxy phone.

Not really...i like the physical rotating bezel movement in 4 that they took away in 5

Love my Pro5 since launch.I also had rotating bezel classic but dont use it. Pro5 is a rock but yes, I did wish it had the rotating bezel, but all the features make it worth keeping and not interested in upgrading at this point.

Pretty good deal, I got mine for like 80 from the same seller. There's some minor scratches but it's pretty good overall and I figure after owning it for a couple months you would scratch it yourself anyways. it is kind of random though the exact condition you get. People say that this has one of the best battery life out of the lineup but it's still drains pretty quickly for me personally. Basically have to recharge every other day or so.

Good deal if anyone needs a trade-in for the Galaxy Watch 8 models. Samsung is offering a $250 trade in value.

Mine lasts at least 5 days between charges. Battery life is amazing. I don't have many apps installed though. No desire to upgrade...

It isnt hard to get around that block.

Also i regret upgrading from the 5 pro to the 6 classic as the battery life on the pro is way better, upgrading for the rotating bezel was a mistake.

Loved the 5 pro, preferred the battery life, band, support for 3rd party watch faces, etc. Traded it in for a 7 for under $30 bucks and regretted it, but I don't think I'd buy a 5 at this point since they aren't going to support it for much longer.

My first Samsung watch was a 7 LTE, on a great promo. Sent it back in favor of a refurbished Pro5 LTE.
The 7 was obviously higher processing - going down to the 5 brings an obvious delay that wouldn't have been so obvious if I didn't try the 7 first.

But the 7 had such horrendous battery life - It wouldn't even last from 8am-5pm. Samsung was quick to offer a full refund, they know it's just how the 7 works. And I wasn't going to pay for the 7 uberdoober... or ultra, or whatever.
BUT my pro5 LTE does randomly close my programs, like... my exercise tracking or my audio book or podcast while I'm in the middle of a run - who needs to track the whole run, some random segment is good, right? Half of your podcast or audio book is just fine too right?
And the GPS tracking is ridiculous. I get all kinds of extra mileage and when I check it's because it's tracking me traversing across rivers in a split second where there's no bridge, or running through buildings when I just run down the street. This seems like an obvious software issue, not a hardware issue; it should be ignoring obviously impossible distance gaps when an errant GPS reading comes back.
What I've been learning: There's no really good GPS watch except for Garmin, and Garmin doesn't offer any device that can do calls and SMS. I downgraded from a Samsung Phone to a Pixel phone. What a downgrade... so I'm not looking to downgrade the watch to a Pixel device too. So... Samsung watch seem to be the best option for now, despite its faults.

They've had the rotating bezel in the Watch 4/6/8 "Classic" version. They do not have it for the 3/5/7 "Pro" version. Seems like they're alternating.

I bought 3 times from this seller. Expect to get below the listed condition at best.
1) listed excellent condition -> actual good/fair condition at best. multiple scratches on bezel and screen.
2) listed excellent condition -> actual, pretty close to excellent condition. very minor scratches.
3) listed good condition -> very beat up. screen face had discoloration like it had water damage and bezel was beat up like it was worn by a construction worker.
