You have to be signed into your account. Then add the set to your cart. Then go to your cart and you should see the $9.98 price.

Grabbed two but my order went into the ether. Lowe's web site sucks rocks - my order hasn't shown up yet (20 minutes) but I see the charge on my CC. I guess I'll wait another hour and then call.

Same here, with Silver Status. Used mt random $10 MyLowe's free reward money that was going to expire in a couple of days. No clue how I got it, it just showed up in the app the day after I visited a local store and bought something, but didn't checkout using my phone number/account or anything at self checkout.

I bought this set about a year ago and was pretty happy with it. Pro tip: what I really needed was a 1 inch wide and 12 inch long bit. It was cheaper to buy this and a 12 inch drill bit extension than to buy the regular full length bit.
