I've played every ff from 1 to 16, played several hundred hours on ff14 online. Even played the offbeat games like ff type-0.
While this game may not be perfect, your take is still pretty wild to say it's a turd. It may not have been good to you, but it in no way is a bad game. But then again….well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

I did enjoy this one much more than the FF13 games.
I was gonna get it FFXVI when it was $35 last month, but went with the Miles Morales Ultimate Edition because I had bought the Spider-Man 2 PS5 Slim. Didn't wanna play 2 without playing the original 2 first. Spider-Man was good, but MM is kinda boring 5 hours in or so. I find it hard to finish, lol. Maybe I should've went with FF instead?
