It's a very good deal for a very capable PC for home office and photoshop or video tasks. Or for a Plex server 🏴 ☠
You could slip a small form factor gpu in there.
Volume: 8.2L
Dimensions (H x W x D):
291.4mm x 89.0mm x 339.5mm / 11.47″ x 3.50″ x 13.36″
Weight: Starting at 4.25kg / 9.36lbs
I feel the 250w PSU would be maxed out by the CPU alone. You would want to upgrade the PSU or transfer the entire system to a new case with PSU but not sure if the power connections are proprietary like on Dell

For anything else:
The form factor seems awkward, too narrow to add a GPU and too big to hide it away as a SFF. Even if you manage to squeeze a GPU in with a riser cable, the 14700(turbo) can use up to 219W of that 260W power supply.
At this price I would personally build a i5-14600k/36gb system for productivity or a homeserver, and if adding a GPU for gaming then a Ryzen 5 9600X/32gb build for the upgradability of AM5.
For day to day use a base M4 Mac Mini and external drive seems like a better buy, since they go on sale for $450. If you aren't tied to Windows that is.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'd love to throw a LP GPU in here.

I mean, this one is Microcenter, but there have been similar deals on Newegg for motherboard/CPU/RAM combos the last several months: https://dealquestnow.online/f/18384262
If all you want is gaming, you can pay $129 for a CPU and mobo, then $100 for RAM & case, then $50 for 1TB SSD and it's a pre-gaming machine for $279. Then spend the rest on a GPU (Zotac refurb 12GB RTX 3060) and it's $500 total: https://dealquestnow.online/f/18584569-amd-ryzen-5-5500-gigabyte-b550m-gaming-x-matx-mobo-asus-nc01-mouse-pad-129-free-shipping?src=Si
The 9600X deals were from May-July, IIRC. But I'm always flexible and go where the sales are. If you MUST have a specific product, then you pay more.
If you're serious about building the cheapest possible machine to play all games up to 2022 and some newer games, reply and ask for details...probably PM. I'm always down to help people with planning their builds for a bargain.
