About this film:
- The new story follows the heroic efforts of the cryptozoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three headed King Ghidorah. When these ancient superspecies, thought to be mere myths, rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity's very existence hanging in the balance.

Still, I really enjoy King of the Monsters. In a perfect world, most of the human characters would have died in the first third of the film, but the film still has some excellent fight scenes and a great sense of scale. It's probably my favorite American-made Godzilla film.

And Shin Godzilla is better than Godzilla Minus One in my opinion.

I didn't enjoy Shin Godzilla, I understand it, but just did not really enjoy it. Minus One was definitely a pleasant surprise, a Godzilla move with good human characters. If only the Hollywood versions would try for that.
