Seems stupid cheap. Would this be a decent upgrade from a 6 year old LG 55 inch led or should I look at other deals?

I think the 75" Roku Pro series deal would be better than this one if you have a prime visa card. It's on amazon for $800 but you get 25% back to your prime visa if you pay with that.

Def the pro is a better deal. I managed to to get the pro model yesterday open box for $369. One hell of a good deal. It was new. Must be clearing out 2024 models.

at this price, you should look for something with 120hz refresh rate native along with Qled/mini led
