What stick would you recommend? Thanks!
Or remove the 16x1 and put in 32x2 ddr5. Full Send!
What you can do though is to buy 2x16GB sticks of RAM all at the same time from the same set and manufacturer. And sell the RAM that comes with this prebuilt, though you probably can't get much for it.
For those thinking about gaming on just a single 16GB RAM stick, you can get away with it for now, but it's far from ideal. Not only do you have less throughput, but 16GB is getting pushed to the limits. Even if you are diligent about closing browser windows and whatever else before starting a game, at least one game (Hogwarts) already slightly stutters with 16GB of system RAM, and HardwareUnboxed noted how many games are already brushing up against 16GB: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mklCPWN
Edit to add: For those thinking you can always mix RAM of the same model number, there are only a handful of actual RAM makers and everyone else puts their brand name sticker/heatsink on top. But those companies sometimes change the underlying RAM chips without saying anything, or the bins are slightly different. See for example:

This doesn't mean it can't work to add a second RAM stick of the same model, but it's not entirely risk-free.
