Just 'fine' LMAO. I have also never heard of this brand before, and do not trust the reviews. But at this price it would be good for a rental, or temp fix. Here is a prior post for the same item from a while ago that had some discussion points regarding the brand.

Runfine seems like one of those ironic names, like calling a big guy "Tiny".

On a more serious note, we've had a touchless faucet for several years now, which has the sensor in the front like this one. It takes some getting used to, and I wish it were placed differently sometimes. Depending on how large your sink is, rinsing a large item might be difficult because you can continually turn the sensor on and off with the pot/pan. That said, touchless is absolutely fantastic, and I can never go back to a non-touchless faucet now (like smart keyless entry on my vehicle). At $40, this might be a good way to try it out before spending more on a better brand, though changing a faucet can be a big PITA depending on how cramped it is under the counter.

Rental is the place to put reliable things so you don't have to deal with them. Using crap seems penny wise pound foolish.
