I'll pass on this brand. Bought the 220W version and barely get 120 direct light at 90-degree weather. I can understand losing 30% but not 45%

Why so cheap? MSRP is $500, listed on their main site for $430, Amazon for $400.
I'm tempted to get one but I'm not sure I'd have a use for it, maybe if I went car or ebike camping more.
I didn't see the size specs on AliExpress, but found them on Amazon:
Dimensions(fold): 16.54 x 15.83 x 4.13 in
Dimensions(unfold): 64.96 x 62.99 x 1.50 in

I bought the 200w foldable deal and have been using it every day in my backyard and have been easily hitting 185+. loving it and am interested in this but does anyone here have experience with this type of foldable? seems lightweight and flexible but there must be a catch

upon further research, this looks to be a good product but some caveats:
  1. it's not waterproof
  2. it doesn't have any easy way to prop itself up/angle toward the sun, so it's oversized for it's expected output (ie you likely won't get 400w out of this thing unless it's high noon. people tend to place them on their car's hoods/windshields for that if they're pointed in the right direction. otherwise it has very little structure, so it really is like a "blanket" as it's described

Let me guess, you ordered one with the USB hub?

I'd prefer the traditional panels with kick stands that can angle towards the sun to maximize solar output.

I gave in an bought one. Reviews were surprisingly good (youtube comparisons to other 400W panels). I'll see how it performs when I get it in about a week.

Edit: Aliexpress is saying "will ship in 9 days", but lower down still says expected to arrive August 26th (7 days from now, which is what it said when I first placed the order). We'll see what happens.

Was it really hot outside when you set it up? I haven't set mine up yet but read really good reviews on it before ordering...

This is a complete scam, received mine today, not a blanket, not sure what this POS is but it comes in separate parts with 8 heavy panels instead of 16 small ones we expected.

It's a good product in theory but what you get from this fake listing is not it. I got random garbage panels instead
