Edit: Additional major difference: It looks like the Exodus is not expandable with extra batteries like the Mega 2.
I chose the Exodus because I can use a 48v server rack battery or large external 36v/48v golf cart battery straight into the solar port for extended run time if needed. But the jank of doing that (wires everywhere) and having to use an external charger for the battery itself feels very "2022" era of Solar AIO units.

OUPES launched their Exodus 600 portable power station in the US on April 22, 2024. This model was introduced as an affordable entry-level option into the portable solar power market, designed to make clean energy more accessible.
While it might not be the absolute first model OUPES ever produced, it is noted as a key launch in their efforts to target value-conscious customers in the US and expand their product offerings here. Other power station models like the Exodus 1200 and Exodus 1500 were released later in early 2025.

Normally yes but check watts of your AC unit.
Catastrophic peak load would be 2000W for 5 seconds before settling back down and the Exodus 2400 can handle that no problem anyway since it's 2400W AC max.
Keep in mind the YouTube video review earlier stated about 84% efficent. So 2232Wh x 0.84 = 1874Wh useable. Assuming your AC runs at 900W maxed out, that's 2 hours before the battery dies. If it was 450W on average, then that's 4 hours of use before dead battery.
