I was with once in the same camp as you and then I got a small pair (7") as part of a bundle and... they're amazing. Instant convert. I bought 4 more and they're always in rotation now. Salads, green beans, everything.

I'm partial to Tovolo but the Gorilla Grip ones are good too. The small ones with the skinny heads. The small ones with the full sized heads are stupid AF.
