You couldn't get this much cheaper. ASUS Strix is a fantastic brand/model. I bought almost the same asus config about 4 years ago, replaced my desktop with a laptop, and it handles anything you could throw at it.

This seems like a solid deal. Will be ideal if/when we start seeing 16gb of vram on the mobile 5070s.

Yeah, 12gb isn't bad but games these days really have been eating up VRAM usage like we've never before seen, it's crazy. This laptop still seems like a really good deal if you need something now

wow this is great deal ! i just purchased the Scar version with qlatc model directly from taiwan asus directly (same shopping store Linus goes for his custom pc builds) for about $2950 tax included similar spec other than intel ultra 9 275hx spec....this was literally 2 weeks ago
