I own a pair, and I'm blown away by the quality:
- sound quality is excellent. Comes with an accompanying app to adjust bass, treble, ANC, etc. I have 2 different generations of apple AirPods, and I prefer these in all instances besides working out/biking.
- battery life is outstanding. I regularly get 6+hrs (ANC on) moderate volume/bass
- charging case is OK. Material is plastic-y, but otherwise no issues. I've dropped it multiple times on hardwood floor, no issues.
Again, I can't stress how impressed I am with EarFun: at the mid-level price point, I feel it's hard to beat.
Given the size I'd say no. I've found the Anker a20i are comfortable enough but when I sleep at night I wear my Shokz. Way different price points but the two I've found that allows me to lay sideways.
