Any concern with this 14th gen processor if not overclocking, etc.? Seems like a decent price, given that it has integrated graphics so it doesn't become a boat anchor after it's useful life in a gaming PC is over. I believe the 14th gen processors have received some criticism.

True, the 13th and 14th gen have their issues.
BUT, it's only for the higher core count! The 14600k and below are safe from the engineering defect. This is a great CPU and can be undervolted for very low "idle power" efficiency!

Thats incorrect. I actually purchased it via Walmart about 2 weeks ago at $180 but it got canceled for some reason. Decided to wait and this deal popped up.

Feel free to check their site. The pervious deal posted on slick deals have been expired for a long time so I'm not sure why it's still up. If you click the link there the price is literally $195

And also make sure to update the motherboards bios to their latest version and you're good to go!

This or the 12600kf for $100 from woot? This does have graphics but from a pure cpu performance standpoint, I don't think this is worth 60% more.

Care to share the link? If true they definitely don't make the listing easy to find. When I click on other sellers I don't see Walmart as an option.

If using for transcoding, the 14th gen is a lot better.

This is included in Intel's list of Processors that got an extended warranty for the issue. The 14400 on the other hand is just a binned 12600 that should be completely unaffected by the issue. I don't think it is as common because the 14600k hasn't been pushed as far but AFAIK it's the same basic underlying chip.

I don't think that 4 more E cores and overclocking the hell out of the chip is worth $64 more in this case. Nothing is going to be more than 50% faster on this vs the 12600kf. Less than 10% improvement in single core turbo isn't going to be noticeable to a user. If you need the iGPU or quicksync I could see going for this but that's about it.

Don't forget, Raptor Cove also has more L2 cache than Golden Cove (2MiB vs 1.25MiB per P-core).

This is not true. My 14600K developed the issue (before BIOS update) but fortunately it was extremely easy to get warranty replacement mailed to me overnight by FedEx for free. As long as your motherboard has newest microcode BIOS update you will have no issues whatsoever. Just know that the new microcode BIOS updates decrease the benchmark performance of intel CPUs slightly. You won't see any real gaming difference, but on benchmarks there's a difference.
