It's DLC that the developer charges upfront for before it's completed.
Basically, just a scummy way of getting paid before they're obligated to release a product.

This is true. Because of the game's double buffer VSync on Switch 1, it now runs at 60fps on Switch 2. The resolution doesn't get a bump, but the game looks way better now, especially in docked mode.
