Kind of a high dose in one capsule, right? That's even higher than Calm. And the study on mood was spreading it out…100-300 per meal? Hmm

Suspicious that they can fit twice as much magnesium into a single pill compared to the competition. Amazing price as well. If anyone has tried this, please share your thoughts.

I've been taking these for months. I just do 1 in the morning with my daily multivitamin and fish oil. It's good stuff. I don't know about the calming effects. It doesn't make me tired or anything. Just good to increase my magnesium intake.
