The Super Duty jack comes with a standard 3 year warranty, unlike their other jacks. That said, I had to return two right off the bat because they made horrendous screeching noises right out the box. Both were evidently defective, as they couldn't be bled without hydraulic fluid shooting out of the fill hole.

The third one is working fine so far (5 months in, plenty of use), but something tells me I'm going to be using that warranty...

Glad I snagged this back in March... was $189.99 back then.
Although what makes me sad is the 3/6 tons jacks don't come in the Candy Red. Only the 3 ton has the purple/orange. I just assume whatever knock off they come from probably doesn't allow them to make red jacks for competitors.

I kind of want the super duty jack, but I'm really not in desperate need of another jack so there is no rush. Is this a buy it now type of deal? Or am I better to wait?

They did away with the 25% coupons if you haven't bought anything from them for awhile and have an account so 17% seems like a pretty decent deal, although Im sure some random "deal of the day" period will happen again and i'll eat my words then lol.

Same. I just got my long reach during the July 4th sale for 15% off. Seems it doesn't go on sale too often.

I missed the recent 3 ton low profile deal.. would the non-low profile fit on a Tesla model 3? also would the jack stand fit the Tesla bottom? or can I put the puck?

Glad I was able to nab the long reach for $143.99 (before tax) in September last year. They had some 40% promotion at the time. A lot of my cars have the front jacking point far back underneath so the long reach helps.

This superdut jack's max lift height is pretty close to long reach version.
superduty Lift Height, Maximum: 23-1/8 in.
logn-reach Lift Height, Maximum: 24-1/4 in
low profile professional Lift Height, Maximum 19-7/8 in.

Keep this in mind.Harbor Freight doesn't really stick to the return policy on their website. Online, it says you can return items within 90 days, even if they've been used and don't have the original box. But in-store, the manager might say the item can't be returned because it's not in resellable condition. They'll usually only let you exchange it, even if it's defective. Unless the item is brand new and unused, they probably won't follow the return policy you saw online.https://www.reddit.com/r/harborfr...7iHEwkS21A

You're going want low-profile because you need to be able to fit the Tesla puck in there.
This video shows pretty well how tight it gets. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P47UpM3cvTk
