Just note I say compact in relative terms the Arctic being 1 radiator, 2 Fans at 4.09"L x 4.96"W x 6.25"H. Thermalright being 2 radiator 2 fans at 6.18"L x 5.31"W x 4.92"H.

Jay2cents says he locked voltage at the base rate in his mb so his 14900k wouldn't suffer. His still died.

No idea how good it is but i picked up an MSI Z790 Pro Series ( DDR5 version) for $135 a while back from Woot.

Right now they have a few Mobos for sale. MSI MPG Z690 Carbon is $140 (no idea how good it is)

I also picked up a 12600kf (still unopened) from amazon which I'll be returning and replacing with this i5 14600k.

No like I said, I bought another rig (265k build for wife) during the 15% off deal. It saw intel motherboard and cpu as a -$40 combo+ the 15% off so it went from $120 down to $68. Basically cheating the system ha. To get that deal you would've had to bundle a newegg CPU with it, or it might have been something else in my cart, but I saw I could throw that in for $68 and jumped on it.
