Returned it due to the fact that if you leave the solar panels plugged in, at night the Solix doesn't shutdown/timeout if there are any inputs or outputs connected.
In my case l had a 190w solar panel connected via the XT60 cable, so at night the Anker would discharge over night, then re-charge up during the day.
Only way around this was to unplug the solar panel xt60 cable on daily basis before it got dark.
Anker doesn't have a way around this, l'm going to try the ecoflow delta next, as they have a feature under their lab options on their app, which supposedly fixes this issue...
That was the biggest issue for me, other than that the app was good, and power seemed fine, and built in light was nice to have.
but it's in need of an update or refresh. the competition is releasing newer power stations which are much quieter, offer more solar input, 140w usb ports, alternator chargers and other useful accessories, etc.
the app is very basic (i own a c1000x, so i know).
there is no alternator charger, when ecoflow, bluetti, and pecron have all released alternator chargers to go with their power stations. jackery (i'm not a fan) showed one at ces 2025, and one would assume that it will eventually come out.
so, while there is nothing really wrong with the anker c1000(x), it's just last generation tech, with slower usb ports, a limited and basic app, it's noisy when running heavier loads or fast charging, etc.
so, for me, it all comes down to price. i picked up a refurb c1000x on temu for under $258. it came boxed like brand new, with protective film on the screen, no scratches, all neatly packed like a new one.
they probably just want to clear down some old stock and offer less warranty while they prepare to release a newer updated model. an announcement that one is on the way should be forthcoming in the next few months.
this c1000 was $383.52 nearly a couple months ago...

...so what's so special about this deal for $65 more? this model is getting older and older as time goes on.
its direct competitor, the delta 2, regularly sells for under $400 these days. the delta 2 was $360 (with no sales tax in most states) a couple of months ago.
that's where the anker c1000 should be. in the $350-ish range.
for about 20 bucks more than this deal, i can get the delta 3 plus on temu. the delta 3 plus is much newer and much nicer than the anker c1000(x).
i have both. i bought the c1000x because it was very cheap, seems solid, and it gets the job done. i use every day, along with my other power stations.

I'd thought it would have some intelligence built in to know that it's not receiving any input at night from the panels, which Anker support said it did not, and they have no plans on adding any via a software/firmware update.
Another problem is it will not turn back on after completely depleting the battery when power is restored. After Helene, we lost power for 24 hours, this saved our food in the fridge, but once power came back, this did not turn back on, so if we hadn't gotten back, the fridge would have stayed unpowered. Internet was not working either, so I couldn't turn it on remotely.

lots of folks that have made purchases on temu before get sent $105 off $300+ or sometimes $120 off $300+ coupons. i get sent one to my email practically every day, or every other day.
i got a $105 off in my email this morning.

you are never going to get the best price by just going to temu's website and not using a coupon. you have to register an account with an email, and put the item(s) you want in your cart, or search for them, and if you have purchased something on temu, get in the loop, where they regularly send (actually spam and stalk you) with coupon offers.
