I bought one last round when it was on sale. It does not output 100W to my laptop. Maybe 65w and then it tapers down. Charging it using a 120W charger - I barely get 45W charge in for a short period of time before dropping to 27W. Pathetic
Just returned mine, for my samsung it got only 32w highest output, less than 20w for my laptop. I tried 140w and 100w capable cords, no differences. The BOGO deal is better, u can return the free one which refunds almost half

Mine will not 45W charge on my Samsung phone either. Says Super Fast Charging instead of Super Fast Charging 2.0 which is the 45w charging mode. Got ~60W on my laptop which is what it is rated for.
Edit: I retested with some 240W cables and super fast charging 2.0 popped up.

Did you use a 100W PD cable? The fact it is topping out at 65W indicates strongly that you didn't use the right cable, as 65W (20V at 3.25A) and 45W (15V at 3A) are spec limits for non-PD cables.
If you did somehow, that would indicate something was defective. Which you'd notice very early on and exchange the unit.
Every Baseus model I have seen, outputs and intakes advertised wattages.
"Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled portable chargers and contact Baseus to receive a free replacement charger."
You contact Baseus customer service. Ask them.
I can confirm that they are replacing them. I had two from them that fell under the recall. Went to the site, filled out super short form and attached photos of the model/serial. Two new ones arrived a couple days ago.

it's typical baseus junk. even IF it can charge at 100W, it will only be able to do so for very short time.
