I had different model made by Hisense, it dead in less than a year. Don't buy without extended warranty

This is from Costco, no needed for extended warranty. Just return it?

I bought a similar model a few years ago. The fan shredded itself after a year or so. Not entirely convinced something didn't fall in it.
I contacted hisense, they had me cut off the end of the cord and mail it to them (just the cord), and they sent me a brand new one. Its been on ever since, and hasn't given me any problems until now when the compressor finally went a few years later. Its in the basement so is constantly on.

Costco policies are getting a little strict and they are using "manager's discretion" to turn down some returns. We had two things turned down recently, and both were purchased 6-7 years ago for context.

Anyone know if this has a pump? Text doesn't say anything about a pump, but one of the pictures says 'water pump and slide out bucket' and the second picture clearly shows a drain line

It doesn't seem like it. The drain option uses gravity.
