I only got part way through one package and never revisted them. They remain uneaten in the cupboard. Save your money. (I am a sugar fiend so there are only rare instances where I haven't finished a sweet.)

This method does not involve altering the plant's DNA in a laboratory setting, unlike GMOs, which are created by adding genes from other species.

Also, many GMO crops are specifically modified to be roundup resistant so that extra cancer can be sprayed on liberally. This extra roundup is likely a bigger danger than whatever has been changed within the seed. How much of an impact probably varies crop to crop…
But this is in meat too! Pretty sure they have GMO fish and beyond , just not the same roundup concern for fish
