17g sugar seems like a lot 🤐 might grab a pack just to have something different than the usual pure protein bars and greek yogurt

important point. for comparison purposes, regular size Snickers candy bar has about 30g of added sugar. Pure Protein bars (current SD offer posted elsewhere) runs <3g added sugars.

that said, i've found these bars to sure be tasty 😏

Bought this for a treat. It's just soy protein, sugar, and palm kernel oil with flavorings. Basically a candy bar with some extra protein, but fine if you are truly a fitness geek burning lots of calories, their source really doesn't matter as much as most people think.

What matters is a person's body fat percentage and levels of visceral fat.

sorry but youll need to muscle these down your throat because these are just gross bars and are just plain bad. would rather have a sugary bar than this bar. the regular cliff bars are good. these take a lot of muscle to get these down.
