This also works for Uniden detectors. Only issue with getting this is that if you hide the detector when you leave your car the camera will still be stuck to the suction mount and you have to disconnect the rj11 from the detector.

Yeah I ended up just leaving the camera on the mount when taking radar off, been lucky so far of no break ins

I know it hurts but pony up for the Blendmount. It really is the best. But only get this if you have access to an IPhone because it doesn't work with Android. Says it does but only connects 1 out of 100 times. You need an IPhone for updates and to change the settings. Also works with up to a 256 GB card even though it says only 128. But make sure it's a sd card that's specifies that's it made for dashcams.

I had a Blendmount for my E92 and swear by it, much better than aftermarket alternatives. Unfortunately they don't make any for Rivians I think the rvm is too tight Frown

I thought Blendmount back in the days was expensive but no way I'm spending what they charge nowadays lol. You can literally buy a decent dash cam for the price they're asking.

Unfortunately the other ones I've tried don't look as good or hold as tight as the Blendmount. Trust me I hate paying over $100 too for that little thing.
