Thank you, this is the lowest I've seen it, I'm in for one. Tip for those new to HD hacks: I just do pickup for both items at different stores, and then just don't bother picking up the one i don't want. They return/refund it eventually. And you don't have to deal with reps who tell you "you need to return the whole bundle".

IDK why people think this is scamming HD. If they wanted to change it, they would arrange the receipts/refunds differently. They are well aware how long this has been going on, and they dont care.

Report who? Whoever wrote the deal wrote $99.50 + theft. I was just wondering if they were talking about the return or tax. I actually did the deal the other day and kept the router. Have always wanted one but I doubt I'll ever use it.

Best bet is to contact CS via text support as soon as you place the order and have them cancel the item you accidentally set to the wrong store location. I last did that in September with no issues but maybe someday they'll stop allowing CS to do it.

I definitely have ran into issues with in store people not letting me return a single item though. 2 of 3 times fall 2023. I haven't tried since, I now always do the multiple stores + contact CS via text.
