I have two large Samsung TVs. Had them for about two years. No actual mechanical problems, which is great, but the operating system is HORRIBLE. Takes forever to turn on. Often doesn't connect to the internet and has to be hard shutdown, (power disconnected) for it to connect to the internet. Everything lags and is horribly slow.
Beautiful pictures from each of them- no question about that. But I'm not kidding, I'll take sub-par graphics from a Roku or Amazon OS over Tizen garbage. Seriously Samsung, you can do better. I'll never own a Samsung again until that garbage OS is gone.

Yes, I'm aware the 83 inch uses WOLED. I already own a 55 inch LG OLED that I bought in 2020 and I'm still perfectly happy with that tv. It's a LG CX model and to my eyes, still produces an awesome looking picture! Anyway, if I'm happy with the 2020 LG panel, I think I'll be super happy with the 2023 Samsung S90C 83 inch panel. I can't wait to get it on the wall! 😁
