The difference between DDR4 and DDR5 in real life is unnoticeable unless it's LPDDR5 running at 7467MHz or maybe 6400MHz. So, this repetitive argument of DDR4 and DDR5 is moot.

LOL No... The difference is huge. Just in the way it works the difference is clear. You need two sticks of DDR4 always because they run single channel. Meanwhile DDR5 by default runs double channel, so you can get away with a single stick AND mismatching RAM sticks. On top much higher speeds with DDR5.
He's not talking about the technical differences on how DDR 4 and 5 works, which may indeed be huge... idk. He's talking about the end user noticing any difference in speed in their apps or games. The answer to that is no, almost no one will notice because RAM speed is rarely the bottleneck limiting your fps.

It's 2024, but based on the 2023 body and board.

One thing it has over the OLED 2024 versions is that you have an extra M2 slot for more storage and upgradable RAM (16GB soldered though).

I have this version, g14 OLED, and G14 2022.

Oh, its DDR4. Nevermind. (Can get the same specs or better at the same price or less, but with DDR5 system.)

Honestly it should be illegal to sell 13th and 14th gen Intel computers right now, they should be in recall.
