Single port use
USB-C PD 3.0
Up to 65W (5V / 3A, 15V / 3A, and 20V / 3.25A)
PPS
Up to 65W (3.3V to 11V / 3A and 3.3V to 21V to 3.25A)
Dual port use
USB-C PD 3.0
Up to 45W on the top port (5V / 3A, 9V / 3A, and 15V / 3A)
Up to 20W on the bottom port (5V / 3A and 9V / 2.22A)
PPS
Up to 45W on the top port (3V to 5.9V / 3A, 3.3V to 11V / 3A, and 3.3V to 16V / 2.81A)
Up to 20W on the bottom port (3.3V to 11V / 3A)
Added: this will not support 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 in any configuration (as it fails to support the higher current limits associated with that PPS mode). Additionally, in dual port mode one of the ports will be limited to 20W (which limits the maximum capability of the PPS mode on said port, but functionally that is still likely to deliver the maximum charging for a wide variety of PPS-capable devices).
Good luck!
Jon
I'm conclusion: anyone who buys this got a deal while you just merely wasted your $10. Enjoy

For 45W SFC 2.0 support a PPS-capable device must support over 4A in the 10-11V PPS voltage mode. That is not claimed in the specifications listed for this Belkin device.
Of course, I'd also add that the primary benefit of Super Fast Charging is the potentially reduced wear on battery life vs.traditional high-power charging. This is in contrast to the marketing claims of significantly faster charging, which might be a few minutes [androidauthority.com] in real-world performance and only in worst case charging scenarios (empty to full - both conditions being something you might want to avoid if you care about long-term battery life)..
Good luck!
