This is 20x14x9 (expanded) 40L.

Their 45L, 20x13.7x8.2 (expanded), almost identical but only color Blue, but with 3 packing cubes, is $24.

(It says 45L, 5L more than this one, but that bag measurements are slightly shorter. I am thinking it might have more outside pocket space that give it 5L more capacity).

I own this exact backpack. Paid $33.99 for it in September 2021. It's a great backpack. I have used it as a carry on, for flights and cruises, but not as an additional "personal item" on an airplane along with a carry on. I highly recommend it. It's also great for weekend trips as it can hold all you really need for a 2 or even 3-day trip without needing a suitcase if you pack lite.

Can anyone recommend a bag like this or a little smaller but also has wheels / rollerbag. I want something like this mostly for work to carry laptop and work stuff but also able to put on top of a regular carryon when traveling so it stays on top of my carryon using the bag's cross shoulder strap and/or pass-through sleeve secures bag to rolling luggage
