$200 for 14TB is the standard discount for 14TB the last 5 years, shocked these haven't gone done further with 16TB/18TB/20TB/22TB on the market.

When were the 18TB Pro for $205 each?
I need to buy 8 of them so I'd like to wait for a similar deal.
You don't even need to use electrical tape or the fancy tape they recommend, regular Scotch tape works just as well.

Was going to ask which ones of these are more ideal to shuck for NAS; I have a 5 bay NAS I shucked (4) 14 TB drives a few years ago and would like to round it out. IIRC there are differences in drives that make them more or less friendly for NAS but honestly I forgot all of that.
I don't recall having issues with the SATA power "pin blocking" but I am pretty sure my current drives are reds, which at least used to be all the higher TB drives regardless of the application (whether bought bare drive, part of an external drive, etC)
Lastly since the power pin issue seems specific to certain PS, what flavor of NAS do you have? Could be NAS-specific. My 2 NAS are Synology.
