Previously, about 6 months ago or so, it fell down to $218 on Amazon after $30 AMEX promotional offer.

I bought these off Woot for $275 and should have waited for lower price but they're fantastic and fit me better than Bose (ear cups are bigger, my ears didn't fit all the way inside the Bose QC45) - sound quality and ANC are top notch, one downside is the ear cups don't rotate 90° to fold flat

Yeah, it was $349 when I tried to buy it at the store. In my area, it was sold by a different 3rd party, but same difference. I'll just buy one from Target.

Only little differences, physical vs digital buttons, less or more cusion, high frequency sound cancelation vs low frequency, I personally recommend the qc 45s but the sonys definitely look better
