Lowest price on these was $248 on several occasions last year. Still a decent deal if you need a good pair of over-ear headphones right now.

Got these for $189 in December from the coastguard exchange . Even at that price I returned them for qc45. They're comfortable but not as comfortable as the Bose. The touch isn't like a phone, it activates through cloth, so you can't lay down with them or your shoulder will pause the song. I'm weird and fall asleep to a podcast every night. The blue tooth switching is annoying and is the main reason I returned them. You can't switch sources from the actual headphones like the Bose. Imo touch is a downgrade, buttons work better. Sound and anc is preference. I listen to a lot of podcast talking so the Bose sound better. The Sonys sounded better for action movies. Music it's a toss up

Comfort was important because I wear them 12 hours a day even with nothing on. I focus better with anc not hearing the ac, tv in the next room etc
If u have old qc35, Bose let's you trade in those plus $190 for qc45, that's what I did

Not a great deal. I've bought and seen them @ $155 refurbished deal. When I received my headphones, they were as described and looked just like you.
