That puts it at $50 off the MSRP which is pretty good, but its still a lot to pay for a dual band. The router is very well reviewed though, but at this high of a price point I would start looking at triband. If they launched this last year it would have had more time to shine, now with other wifi 6 and 6E tribands just not worth it in my opinion.
This is a good router but it came out at a time when WiFi 6e is already out and already has a high price. If WiFi 6e doesn't matter and $350-$399 is within your budget, it's worth it.
I'll stay with my AX88U since the functionality is more or less the same.
Has a newer gen BCM main processor on a node shrink. Amplifier/Antenna setup is better than AX86U/AX88U, but not worth the upgrade from either.
