Was going to chime in these don't seem like the sale price. I have bought these in the past for 8 bucks. Pretty sure they are Sabrent.

These are powered but you need to find a power cable or pay Sabrent another $9.99 for the cable - powered hub does help with certain devices like external USB only hard drives. This however is not a BF worthy price for this hub.

But this device without the adapter is already powered through USB, no? No need to buy a power cable
