sometimes it could be related to shipping addresses with PO box.. not home address. AI can systemically decide that kind of addresses as a reseller's or orders from other country and denies transactions.
sometimes you need to match your credit card's billing address and the shipping address , not making AI confuse your transactions as faulty fraudulent transactions.
