Cup of oats, half a frozen banana, 2 scoops of this, almond milk, some peanut butter and you got a 750 calorie breakfast make ya feel like a million bucks

If you want fluffy, volume protein ice cream made in blender/ food processor. I don't think these plant based powders fluff up like whey protein. I have a Vega vanilla plant protein powder and it didn't work. May try baking with it to see

I do pretty much the same thing!! But with spinach and turmeric!

That is the one that also contains probiotics. They normally carry the regular peanut butter cup flavor in store. Every so often it goes on sale.

The one at Costco is 2.74 lbs and has added Probiotics. It often goes on sale. IIRC It will be $8 cheaper starting next month.

Can u further elaborate for someone who's a noob when it comes to Erythritol? I thought it's a chemically created sweetener so how is it found in the fruits u mentioned?
