Korean BBQ marinade is really easy to make, for those of you who don't want to buy pre-made (not knocking the product- I like Bibigo stuff). Google a kalbi or bulgogi recipe. It's essentially soy sauce (a fair amount), sesame oil (not as much), garlic (to taste, but usually a lot), and some form of sugar (honey and brown sugar are often used; to taste, though most people like a lot of it). That's it, though you can fancy it up a bit, too with things like mirin (small amount), ginger (to taste), green onion, citrus (adds some sugar and the acid helps tenderize the meat), kiwi (same reason as the citrus), etc. It's very difficult to screw up

What sauce is good for frozen, the air fried chicken wings? Currently I just eat them plain and use srirachia and sweet baby rays sugar free bbq sauce on the side

Wait wait wait, you forgot the final ingredient: WATER.
Galbi/bulgogi marinade is not supposed to be overpowering or super expensive. Once you have the ingredients mixed, add water to taste. The final marinade should taste just a TAD (okay, maybe 1.5x to 2x) stronger than the final cooked product that you want.

that's the simplified version of korean marinades. often they will use asian pears or kiwis to marinade, or rice syrup.

Pineapple juice and ginger and bam, you have a Hawaiian Asian variant of marinade, too. The 4 ingredient building base is solid.

This might work but Walmart sells the buffalo wild wings mango habanero sauce and it's great on wings.

i found these to not have enough salt. gotta salt the meat a little to bring out the flavor
