Experience greater power, range, and speed. With an internal and external lithium ion battery, ES4-800 has a top speed of nearly 15.5 mph and a range of up to 28 miles. The bar for high-performance e-scooters has been raised.

Maybe there's more wires that came unplugged. These scooters have a 90 day warranty with the manufacturer, number is in the back of the manual.
Would it be better to use the 90 day warranty or wait until Walmart has stock and replace it. I bought the two year warranty so I hope Walmart will replace the scooter

Doubting it's going to come back in stock, someone used the 90 day warranty and sent back the scooter for a repair and got it back.

How big of a difference does 3 miles in speed make? I believe max is 18 miles?

Mine sometimes reaches 16 miles/h or 26km/h. Is it worth the hassle and resourses to update?

Manlet I know you installed your dash hopefully you can help me out.

When removing the dash there is a black plastic piece with two small holes on the side and one hole in the middle that prevents from the wires shorting out.

Im having a hard time getting it back in to fit with the dashboard.

I watched this video to see how he did it. I see him take out the part (4.40 seconds) but I don't see him putting it back in.

Hopefully you've come across what I'm talking about.

You might have broken those clips that attaches it to the dashboard, but as long as it's in there, it doesn't matter if it actually clips onto the dashboard. Or maybe you positioned it the wrong way? Try rotating it 180.

Just found this wheel. Pneumatic tire and drum brake. It is now too cold here in NY. I may try this mod in the spring.

Found a guide too but it is in French.

Almost completed my pneumatic wheel with drum brake upgrade. I just need to drill holes in the front and rear plastic deck ends for the brake cables to pass through.

In my test ride, I stopped from 18mph to 0 so much faster as compared to e-brake only. I can actually skid the rear wheel. Highly recommended doing this mod.

So the dash and that part goes in at the same time?

It doesn't have to, you can insert the black piece in the stem first and pull the wires through and then push the dash in. But I'm not sure why you're having issues putting them together, it doesn't have to be a tight fit, those clips probably broke or wore down, and they don't really lock together securely anyways.

I have not taken out that plastic piece when I removed my dash. You can reinstall that piece and then snake the wires (main wire & wire for light) through that hole. Pull it all the way and make sure there is no slack in the wire between that plastic piece and dash. Then connect the acceleration and brake cable and push the dash down into the hole.

Just noticing that now. I saw this extra piece and didn't realize it came with the new dash.

The old one was still inside. Had me so confused. Thanks

How's the ride quality? Significant improvement?

Yes. It definitely does improve the ride quality, The pneumatic wheel adds cushion to our shockless / lack of rear suspension scooter.

Someone PM me for parts and I responded. If anyone else is interested...

Here are the parts that I purchased.
* https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08KXYB5DX (This extra long cable is needed)
* https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08886NX73
* https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Q56W1QN (Wheel+axis - axis is not needed)
* https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083FZHNDG (this was $10 when I bough it). There are other m365 brake lever that cost less on Amazon.
* https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000COCPZM I didn't buy this on Amazon. I didn't realize that I needed this till the end of the project. I bought it at my local Advance Auto Parts store.

You can use the guide here. It is in French, Just use Chrome web browser to translate the page.

For those looking to attempt this mod, this is not a simple swap but it is not too difficult either. You will need security bits for the screws and bolts, a drill to make holes and dremel (rotary tool) to grind down some long protruding screws, cut brake cable & cable housing and to cut the brake lever tube guide.
