Experience greater power, range, and speed. With an internal and external lithium ion battery, ES4-800 has a top speed of nearly 15.5 mph and a range of up to 28 miles. The bar for high-performance e-scooters has been raised.

Anyone get an Error code 19 and 21? I googled it possible the internal battery got disconnected. Just setup today as I bought as gifts for family. I'm going to read the entire thread on everything that's been posted since I bought it back in November but in meantime thought I'd reach out to anyone with these codes. One no codes the 2nd unit has 2 codes. Thanks

I had an E19 as well and while the dashboard would power on, the scooter wouldn't go.In my case the battery was almost completely drained so after charging it for several hours, everything was fine. I hope that a good charge resolves your issue as well.

Ok thanks for that. Battery level was at 12% when I plugged in. Now I just unplugged at 34% and sure enough the E19 and E21 codes went away. Much appreciated.

Now I just noticed when I hit external battery button no bars show on the one with the error codes while the other one shows all bars at 99% charged.

On a good note I got both units flashing BT. I saw somewhere on this post to download M365 app...which I just did and phone picked up both scooters. I'll play around with that later. Both look like they're brand new. Debating on test riding them in high winds and being only 18 degrees outside.

Anyone else allowing their kids under 18 to use these with protective wear on?

Thanks

After you're able to successfully update the FW (refer to Wiki), you can limit the speed for children.

Well, that was a bust. I was really excited for my boyfriend to open this and he said this was for children. We're in our 30's! Who cares. I had a blast riding these around town when I was in Denver, so I thought this would be fun. Oh well. I'll still be enjoying mine. Merry Christmas.

Bummer. I'm in my 40s and it's a blast. Definitely not for kids. Hope he changes his mind once he tries it.
