Heck of a good price. What experience do people have with buying things like this from AliExpress? I was tempted by the K1 max refurbs which were almost the same price.

AliExpress is a marketplace, so you can have trusted sellers and someone you don't want to take a risk with. For larger ticket items like this, I'd only buy it from a US Warehouse and a trusted seller. Cheaper items, I'm okay buying even if it's shipped overseas, which is where I get most of my accessories from.


When I posted this, I did my best to verify both and be comfortable enough to post it here. The seller has 10k+ sales with a 4.7 rating. I'm not buying this as my wife would not be thrilled if I brought another 3d printer in to my house.

I've had one since a bit after release. No issues with TPU.

My only complaint was replacing the heater after a blob of death type failure was a major pain.

It has a removable plug that uses a standard computer cable. Is there any reason you can't just use a 120V cable instead?

Flashforge ADM5 for $170 and you can by 2 for the price of this .. this does 300x30 and is enclosed. I think adm5 is a better deal than this . for this to be worth buy IMHO, it should be ~ $260 -- ADM5X is with 4 colors and sells for that price .. and many others are in that range at 250x250 bed

What do you want to print? This does have a slightly higher nozzle temp vs the FF. I have a 5M non pro and it's been really good. I'm interested in this for the much larger bed. I don't think a step up to 250x250 is worth it but 300x300 is.
