Still super slick for a TB hub. Can't find a dock that can support 2x 4K@60 at this price, let alone a TypeC powered one where you have to spend another $20-40 for the 90+W USB-C power block.

It does if your 2nd and 3rd monitor can use usb c input
unfortunately they do not. I need either HDMI or DP. Good tip about USB c input.

Should be fine, but Ally doesn't have thunderbolt or usb4 ports. Best you can do is have a hub that charges/powers the Ally.
Ally X has USB4, so that you'd be able to use the thunderbolt/usb4 features... ie: eGPUs.
Not clear if this comes with a power supply.
Do docks usually need separate power supplies?
Even even regular usb hubs benefit from being powered.
