Really didn't have a specific need for a new laptop but based on the specs and reviews in general plus 2yr warranty included, decided it was time to upgrade!

this is a scam. the company selling it (AMAZING WAREHOUSE DEAL(Record SN)) has a lot of reviews saying they sent out laptops that were either broken, had much worse specs than what they ordered, had been tampered with, or were straight up just mousepads instead of computers. Also a lot of people just never received anything.

don't, it's fake. the company shipping it has a bunch of reviews where they got a way worse computer. cancel the order as soon as you can.

I didn't have this issue. Honestly, I am impressed with the quality. I had low expectations, when I ordered it.

Seriously? So I'm screwed and if so, is this not false advertising and simply return it isn't an option? And my Amazon cc offers no protection? Why hasn't this been taken down by Slickdeal mods if true, some liability there also on a $500 listed item. Now I'm even more curious what they send. Dayem, this bad? Seriously? Should I file a police report now? 😕

I mean wouldn't a person simply file a simple return VIA AMAZON and refund handled, return shipped provided IF it were to be delivered in such & $*# condition? Seriously, what am I missing? And I've sort of known computers since the PC came out, as I was born in 196x's.... Or is that why I'm mentally challenged?

can't tell if this is a joke or not, but you have a 30 day return/refund policy on the product... and if you you were sent something different then advertised amazon support would correct it without issue.
