Jokes aside, this 40L backpack is pretty solid. The shoulder padding is nice and thick and it has plenty of storage for carrying a large 16" laptop, tablet, and other items without a problem. It's pretty lightweight without anything in the backpack either. The only nitpick I have with this bag is that it tends to fall over instead of staying upright when packed. Otherwise it's a decent every day carry bag.

30 bucks for the bag and $81 for the prestige?
I don't think I paid half that for my Targus and it's been stuffed in overhead bins and under seats, still looks good.
The profit margin on a Rolex for example is well in line with other watches (20% after overhead) despite the starting price being well over $5K.

I love my Farpoint 40, and even bought the daypack that attaches to it, which is also awesome.
