I think this one has its purposes and use cases where a larger heavier light might not be desired. The Ultra wouldn't be in the same category since that has UV instead of Red Light.
I researched heavily between the standard and the Pro, and got the OClip because I wanted to use it primarily for early morning running, so form factor and weight were a big consideration. And reviews did lean towards this light because the bigger light didn't really offer much more everyday usability while being a drag on pockets and protruding further when clipped.
I have a few hundred miles with this light now and do like being able to clip it to my waistband, shirt, hat and headband and sometimes my handheld water bottle. Switching between blinking red and white for whatever the road situation might be. The clip makes it a snap to change positions (behind/red vs front/white). Easy to stash or just leave clipped when not in use.
One of my favorite features is the clip is perfect size for MOLLE / 1 inch webbing, so its secure and snug when stowed on my duffel. My previous lights would move or pop off if my bag rubs/bumps into something.

Great light! It attaches anywhere with the clip or via magnet. The red light option is a plus for those times you can't use a white light. It packs a punch for the size.

This light is getting somewhat legacy in terms of this style and price point. The Clip Pro and Clip Ultra have both superseded this version.

Also the new Wurkkos HD03 can be had much cheaper during an AliExpress sale.

I have a sofirn headlamp with red light but it's not very bright... can't see much of anything using it. Is that just how red is?

red light doesnt travel as far as white. most people use red light for close up things. red light is not as blinding in certain use cases.
