A very cheap way to refill those bottles once they run out. I use antibacterial dish washing soap. Fill about one quarter of the bottle with dish soap and fill the rest with water. Shake to mix. I bought some glass dots, the kind for the bottom of aquariums and terrariums. A pouch of those should cost less than $1.50 at Walmart (arts and crafts dept). You add two or three to help mix the soap and water when you shake. This makes for some very thick foam and is very cheap to refill.

Interesting. Doesn't it separate though? Do you have to shake it every time?

I have used Dr. Bronners for years to refill these. Works perfectly.

I just tried this idea with a different empty foaming soap bottle and it seems to be working pretty well at the moment.

I only used about 20% soap and 70% water and left the rest as air so I could shake it. ( No glass dots and it mixed very well ) and is foaming well so far.

Search for diy foaming soap recipe online. There are many ways of doing this. I get whatever my favorite hand soap is and mix tap water with about 10-20% soap and shake. It doesn't separate and is way cheaper and green than buying foaming soap. You can get even deeper into this by using something like unscented castile soap and adding your own essential oils, food coloring and glycerin to make your own mix

I hate Soft Soap. It takes forever to rinse off your hands. Their story though is pretty neat. Look up the story of Robert Taylor. He invented soft soap in the 70's and was worried a big company would steal his idea. His solution? Buy the entire years production of 100 million soap pumps from the only company who made them. He got his product positioned and the big companies couldn't copy it because there were absolutely no pumps physically available.

Add a little rubbing alcohol, it foams way better if you do
