Did not age well. If you've got nostalgia and love the game since childhood do it.
However, I never played this one when it came out. I did play Xenogears, Grandia, the Final Fantasy games and loved all of them
This is far beneath them. There is some decent and unique spritework but story, gameplay and music simply do not live up to its contemporaries

But everything else about the remake is great and holds up nicely.I'm happy they didn't redo the gameplay like in FF7R.
I hope they redo the rest of the series and bring it back.

Is this a turn based RPG? I'm looking for things to play on my portal, and it can be tricky to get timing based things right because of the little bit of lag.
I mean, you can just google it and find the answer in about 5 seconds... Or did you just want to let strangers know you have a Portal? I don't really know why people ask questions like this on here.
