I am not sure how they handle their K-Cups, but I can tell you that FRC coffee, ordered directly from the site, is pretty decent. It always arrives at my house 3-4 days post rost date and I can't roast it myself for the price they charge when buying 5lbs at a time.

I just bought this the other week (Dark, French Roast) and it is good! I prefer San Francisco Bay Fog Chaser but this has a pretty good taste. No exploding K Cups yet either
